Stacking the Shelves #37

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews.

As I explain in the beginning of the video below, New Jersey is experiencing a heat wave and it's making everyone go slightly insane. So, sorry for the weird voices, exaggerated movements, and the awkward dancing at the end of the video.

You gotta admit though, the light that looks like it's coming out of my head in the awkward movie still below makes me look like an angel. ;)

    Here's Mine @ Pinkindle Reads & Reviews

  3. I hope you really like Nantucket Blue. So glad it arrived safely. Great haul of books. I love being accepted at NG. E-books are fun.

    Books of Love

    1. Haha thank you for sending it my way, Grace!

  4. I'm watching this video and all I'm thinking is "THIS BEAUTIFUL FACE WILL BE WITH ME SO SOOOON!" And yes, Pivot Point. And I'm so The Summer I Became a Nerd made it! It really is cute in paperback. *grabby hands for The Bitter Kingdom, which I will SOON BE READING*

The weather here has been wonderful, by the way. Low to mid eighties, and even cooler by the beach. Lots of sun. It's like California knows you're coming!

    1. THIS BEAUTIFUL FACE IS EXCITED TO SEE YOU SOON! oh my god, I never thought I'd be so excited for 80 degree weather before.

  5. Ah, yes, the heat. It's hot everyday here in GA. The whole summer is a giant heat wave ;) I'm so excited that you got Touch of Frost!! I really want to see if you'll like the series as much as I do (no pressure!)

    1. I'll be sure to shoot you an e-mail with my opinions!

  6. Pivot Point is so amazing! It's one of my favorites I've read this year. Thank you so much for the super nice mention, too :)

That's so cool your'e going to California. I'm just curious, which signing are you going to? lol, I'm going to a bunch of the upcoming signings here :)

    1. No problem!

I'm excited to read PIVOT POINT and I'll shoot you an e-mail (:

  7. Girllllll, I know you mean. I'm south of you, in Maryland, and the heat was crazy unbearable - more than one hundred some days. Then add humidity. Not to mention the our A/C wasn't acting properly... the guy is supposed to come tomorrow (thank goodness!).

Grasping at Eternity is amazing! One of my favorite reincarnation books :D And the polka dots on The Summer I Became a Nerd ARE pretty cool ;)

Have a great week! Hope it cools down in NJ and MD x_x

    Check out my STS post!

    1. Ugh, fingers crossed it cools down for the both of us.

I can't wait to get into GRASPING AT ETERNITY with that in mind!

  8. OH MY GOSH THE BITTER KINGDOM IS SO GOOD. I absolutely cannot get over it! Lots of other goodies too. :)

And no worries about acting goofy. Whenever I do a video, I watch it back and cringe at all the silly things I do, but I can't go back and redo it because I'll simply do something else stupid. Lol.

    Rachel @ Paper Cuts

    1. Haha I'm excited to get into it!

Ugh, you get me, Rachel haha

  9. I'll see you in less than a week! Yay! You got an awesome haul girl, bring that beach book!

  10. I don't usually buy ARCs, either. But, I do buy some from the library sale room, sometimes. However, as a rule, the library sale room will not put them out until after the book is released, so they end up being ones from a couple years ago. And, all the money from sales in the library sales room goes to the library to buy new books from the library, so I don't feel bad about it.
